This Platform is intended for apparel & lifestyle brands, retailers, buying houses, and export manufacturers. Users must be legally authorized to represent their respective organizations.
3. Subscription & Payment Terms
Access to factory data and filters is offered through paid subscription plans. All subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change with prior notice.
4. Factory Information & Accuracy
Factory details are sourced from information shared by factories or public sources. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Buyers should independently verify all information.
5. No Guarantee or Endorsement
Listing on the Platform is not an endorsement or certification. We do not guarantee business deals, order placements, or performance outcomes.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must use the Platform responsibly, avoid misuse of data, refrain from sharing login credentials, and maintain confidentiality. Any misuse can result in account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content including design, layout, and database structure belongs to Find Factories. Reuse or duplication is prohibited without prior permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Find Factories is not responsible for losses, disputes, delays, or damages arising from buyer–factory interactions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for violating these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
